Vivo V30/V30 Pro On Off Patta Flex
The Vivo V30/V30 Pro On/Off Patta Flex, also known as the Power Button Flex Cable or Internal Switch, is an essential internal component that connects the phone’s external power and volume buttons to its main motherboard. This small but vital flexible printed circuit (FPC) allows the transfer of electrical signals whenever the user presses the power or volume keys. When the power button is pressed, it sends a signal to the power management IC, enabling functions such as turning the device on or off, locking or waking the screen, and entering recovery or reboot modes.
Located inside the right side frame of the Vivo V30 or V30 Pro, the flex is precisely fitted under the button panel to ensure accurate tactile feedback. It is made of high-quality flexible polymer material with embedded copper traces, offering durability and stability. However, due to frequent use, moisture, or accidental drops, the flex cable can become damaged, resulting in unresponsive buttons or inconsistent function. Replacement of this flex restores normal operation and responsiveness of the power and volume keys. The part is inexpensive, widely available, and should be replaced carefully by a trained technician to prevent motherboard or connector damage.
